10 Reasons Why Employees Rant to Social Media than to their HR

  1. Hanap ng kakampi: If they get support online, bigger chance to legitimate their case.
  2. Ayaw mapahiya: They also want to double check if may laban talaga ang reklamo nila.
  3. Natatakot mabara: At least pag binara ka sa socmed, it’s relatively anonymous. Ayaw mo ding kasi lagi magtanong ng question na silly.
  4. Easier: Minsan, may HR din na masungit. At least sa socmed, mas mabait ang mga taong sumagot.
  5. Double check: Malay mo, mali si HR. Minsan din kasi, maraming HR na walang alam. Who can blame them?
  6. Gusto ko lang mag rant na hindi ako ma-IR ng company: We “feel” since it’s soc med, we won’t get in trouble real life. Hindi nila alam, kahit socmed, dapat mag ingat.
  7. We want “justice” for the “abuse” we get from our company: Gusto nating ma “viral” ang company and mapahiya. Para alam ng lahat, bulok ang company mo. Beh, buti nga.
  8. Libreng advice: Why not? Walang maling mag tanong.
  9. Actually, hindi ka maka complain ng direct kasi alam mo sa puso mo, may mali ka. Pero just in case, magbabakasakali lang hanapan ng awa at lusot.
  10. Bored ka, so why not?
