Secure an Authority to Sell First

BEFORE SELLING YOUR PROPERTY

NOW, it is mandatory for brokers to perform due diligence by checking the property documents and the Seller signing the Authority To Sell (ATS) before ma go ang transaction.

Not when may buyer na. Bago pa may buyer.

This also protects brokers and buyers alike.

I have viewed over 30 properties over the last 3 months for business needs. I have given four Letter of Intent to buy.

Out of the LOI, two were accepted. However, the Sellers gave so many excuses and kept on changing the price up until bayaran. And even if pumayag ako, nag backout pa rin.

That’s why, it is good to secure an AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR SALE or AUTHORITY TO SELL, before marketing. Para hindi din sayang ng oras ng lahat.
