The multiple roles people play can cause stress to HR. Because we seem to cater to everyone else’s needs, we sometimes forget to care about ourselves.
How do we implement which business processes? There is pressure of HR Leaders to lead the way.
Do business leaders know what HR Leaders are going through? Actually doing the pandemic, many Business Leaders became involved and interacted to the HRs for answers. Leaders have becoming aware of the plight of the HRs.
It is the role of HR to identify our well being needs and to suggest solutions. If we put ourselves as the customers and use this as a venue to converse about how to address these needs. Even Managers need to play the role of an HR and actually be the proper line managers to their subordinates.
