Interesting new movie from DC Comics directed by 300 Zack Snyder was watched by your faithful blogger this evening. The movie features a deconstruction of the superhero genre and used a lot of wordy dialogue that left me more confused than intrigued.

Nonetheless, it was a movie that I had to watch as 300 is a favorite movie of mine. I mean, who wouldn’t drool over the gorgeous Gerald Butler?

Anyway, I wouldn’t recomend that you guys watch it. Though the graphics were violent, over-the-top and ooh-la-la-nice, the plot left me scratching my head. “Huh?” I’d mention throughout the movie, leaving my friend who clearly enjoyed it laughing at my inability to understand simple English words.

So watch it at your own risk — but don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Life’s a bitch ain’t it?

Sorry if I’m being such a bitch today. It’s NOT been a great day for me.

About Tina

I'm a forgetful person. But I think a lot. Every day, a lot of thoughts enter my head. That's why this blog came to be: first, to keep my memories alive through the years, and two, to actually see how I and my thoughts have changed. Please note that I seldom draft or edit my posts. Sometimes, if I'm not careful, I offend some of you, my readers. And while I apologize for making you feel uncomfortable, I am not sorry for being honest or for making well-intentioned mistakes. I will however be the first to admit if I change my mind. Hence, do read and proceed with caution. My life is as colorful and as boring as you make it. I complain many days, but offer some encouragement in others. Life is fluid, it changes. So keep the positives and throw away the negatives, and I do hope that at the end of the day, you will enjoy reading the blog and leaving comments here and there if my posts touches you. Happy reading!

Hehe, for me 300 was a ludicrously bad movie but also very fun (the most important thing, after all) and quickly became a classic despite its many flaws. THIS IS…errr…. you know.

I’d really like to see the Watchmen too, though it greatly amuses me that the director is bold enough to call himself a “visionary” 🙂
