UPDATE ON HOW TO CORRECT SBWS ENTRIES
ATTENTION: Employers who have submitted applications for the SBWS program
The Social Security System will email to confirm receipt of your application and inform you of how you can input or correct your employees’ bank account details, cellphone numbers, and invalid Taxpayer Identification Number (e.g. 000-000-000), as applicable.
Once notified, you will be given five (5) days from receipt of the email to comply. Make sure that you triple-check the information you submit. We recommend that you perform the necessary corrections as soon as possible to prevent delays in the payouts of your employees.
When encoding corrections, please remember the following:
• Bank account and mobile numbers must be active and should not be shared between two people; duplicate accounts/numbers will be rejected.
• Mobile numbers should be written as: 09171234567 or 09181234567. Do not use +63, dash, spaces or other special characters.
• For PayMaya accounts, input the employee’s correct Mobile number in the format 09171234567 or 09181234567. Do not put any other special characters like, #, dash, spaces, slash. Only input cellphone numbers currently linked to active PayMaya accounts.

Yes po. No worries. The SBWS is really for you. Please keep it. For the SAP, you have to return the SAP. You can use the second tranche of SBWS, which will come, to pay the SAP back.
Please DEMAND a certificate as proof you returned the money, an Official Receipt and a photo with the recipient. Kindly frame the Certificate as this is proof that you are an honest person with integrity who can’t be bought.

our family is a member of 4Ps. we received financial help frm gov’t amounting to 5,500 last april.
just recently, my company got approved for SBWS, and I got 8K. what to do?
₱5500 is SAP. You have to return the ₱5500 to DSWD in exchange for a Certificate and Official Receipt.
Please keep the SBWS. That’s yours and your family.

Regarding po sa payout ng MLhuillier, may mga kasama po kasi ako sa work na up tto now ay wala pang nareceive na text, ibig sabihin po ba nito ay may mali sa naibigay ni employer na details?
Possible. Please ask HR for the list of approved. Alam nila yan. Then get the passcode of everyone’s TIN. If katulad siya ng DOLE CAMP, dapat may pattern and sunod sunod.
Bakit po ung mga ibang kasamahan namin nakatanggap base sa may ATM card sila ng SSS.bakit kaming mga walang ATM wala ba kaming matanggap nyan
Your employer chose to have you get the ayuda by Paymaya or M Lhullier. So nauna ang mga ATM card. Kayong wala, pag approved, antay na lang sa balita.
Anyway, bakit wala kayong ATM? Kuha na kasi agad. Importante yan sa payroll.
Ngayon po nakatangap po kami ng SAP pero nag apply po ang company namen ng SBWS pero wala pa pong balita f makaka kuha kami…

NO – you need to still get the second cycle of SAP. It’s in your name. It won’t be erased kahit hindi mo kinuha.
Yung SSS, pag nakakuha ka ng first, makakakuha ka din ng second. Don’t worry.
Kung naubos na yung first wave mo, get the two second wave na SSS and SAP, and yun ang ibalik mo sa DSWD on another day. Please demand a Certification (typed ha in letterhead), official receipt and photo with the recipient.

Kapag po mali ang nailagay na number sa application ng SBWS ng employee pero nag email na po ng tamang number ang employer sa SBWS kelan.. Ilang days po possible na makarecieve ng txt ang employee.?
Hindi sure. Antay lang. Companies are figuring out how to correct the wrong numbers in their SBWS application.
Kung mayroon, great. Kung wala, great lang. Just be patient. Lalo kang atat, lalo feeling mo masmatagal.

May chance kasi na pababalikin ng employer ang SBWS IF and that’s a big IF, nahuli sila ng SSS bec they applied for a disqualified employee. Better wait to see any updates.
If you did not get SBWS, you CAN keep the SAP. Wait to be sure

Procrastinator nila ano? Hindi mo malalaman. Si HR lang po. Pero lahat po ng HR alam ang status. Please ask them anong status na nila ngayon sa SBWS Application nila. Nakasulat naman.

Pag nakuha mo, YES. Eto na lang, yung SBWS na lang ang ibalik mo sa company. Keep the DSWD SAP.
Have your company certify that you have returned to them the SBWS, para pag hinabol sila ng SSS, may pera silang ibabalik. Then give you a certification na sinauli mo yung pera sa kanila. Pag siningil ka ng DSWD, pakita mo yung certification ng company para walang problema.

They are two different programs targeted to two different types of people.
DSWD SAP DOES NOT ALLOW DOUBLE AID
DOLE Plus SBWS = No problem, BUT ONE TRANCHE SBWS instead of two
DOLE plus SBWS PLUS SAP = Return SAP
SBWS plus SAP = Return SAP
DOLE Plus SAP = Return SAP
4Ps Plus SBWS or CAMP = No action needed,
4Ps sa Bahay PLUS SAP In same household = Return SAP.
If may SAP, one HOUSEHOLD (kabahay), one Ayuda only. So if your mom OR ka live in got SAP, and you SBWS, return SAP.
If multiple people got CAMP or SBWS, NO NEED TO RETURN. Enjoy.
If may double na SAP, PLS GET IT (kasi Hindi mabubura ang Name) AND THEN RETURN IT in a later date para May certification kayo and photo proof. Always get proof. Hindi pwedeng post it or handwritten. Demand a proper certificate. Pag ayaw or wala, pakisumbong sa SAPGrievances@dswd.gov.ph.

Walang pananagutan for CAMP or SBWS. It’s government aid, not a mandated benefit.

Yes, please check out the slide of TARGET BENEFICIARIES — Kasama sa mga beneficiaries ng DSWD Social Amelioration Program (SAP) ang mga katulong na walang trabaho ngayon, as in wala kang pinasok, and walang sinahod. If so, please proceed to the DSWD for SAP. It’s better if you ask for a certification from your employer so that you have a better chance of getting the second wave.
Make sure wala sa pamilya ninyo ang nakatanggap na ng DOLE CAMP and SBWS.

Pinangakuhan po kami ng employer namin na bibigyan kami ng pera basta wag po kami mag apply sa camp ng sarili namin and then nung lumabas yung sbws marami po kaming hindi nakatangap dahil wala po kaming sss hindi po kami registered dahil wla po kami sa minimum mababa ang sahod at kakaltasan pa kami…ano po ang pananagutan at pwedeng reklamo laba sa employer namin?thanks po.
Kahit mababa ang sahod or below minimum, may SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig pa din as these are mandatory benefits.
The only thing you can do is ask your employer to pay SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig. Otherwise, irereklamo mo sila sa SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig.
As for SBWS, hindi na mahabol yun. Since it’s government aid, hindi liable si company doon. Pero dapat, bayaran na nila ang SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig ninyo.

Ngayon kakasabi ni Roque, two tranches for area under ECQ. One tranche pag hindi na ECQ. Kaya abangan na lang kung under ECQ or GCQ po tayo.

No naman. Ikaw talaga. Hindi ganyan ang government. DSWD will just go to the house and ask for the money back. Just return the money para walang problema.

So pwede ko na po ba ikeep yung SAP and ibalik na lang po sa employer ko yung sa SSS since di po pala qualified yung 000 na tin? O pareho ko pong ibabalik? Check mo if you can edit the TIN. If you cannot edit the TIN and employer wants you to return the SBWS to them bec you are disqualified, keep SAP.

WHAT IF WRONG NUMBER WRITTEN SA CAMP?
1. Look at the initial list of affected workers. Sunod sunod dapat.
2. Ask people who claimed the Php 5,000 for their tracking numbers. There is a consistent pattern.
3. If number is 7677, then 7678, then missing tracking is 7679. Every group most likely has a similar code.
4. The last 3 letters sa transaction code ng PalawanExpress is ZAW which stands for Claim Anywhere. Example: ABC-12-12345-ZAW

You can see it in the SBWS System if the staff was approved or the funds were disbursed. If they say it’s confirmed, that’s a go. Employees will let you know if they did NOT get it. SSS will not send you an email on who is approved. Everything’s in the system.
